2023 Blue Drop Audits (Dept of Water and Sanitation)

Led Blue Drop Assessment for the Department of Water and Sanitation, of 50 Water Treatment Systems belonging to 8 local municipalities in the Western Cape.

2021 Green Drop Audits (Dept of Water and Sanitation)

As Lead Inspector, assessed 48 Wastewater Treatment Systems for the Department of Water and Sanitation, including technical site inspections for 5 Wastewater Treatment Systems.

Water Safety Plans (Bloem Water)

Conducted risk assessments and developed Water Safety Plans for Rustfontein and Groothoek Water Treatment Works operated by Bloem Water.

Energy Due Diligence (Water Group Holdings)

Evaluated energy readiness at Benoni Wastewater Treatment Works for the City of Ekurhuleni's energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

Process Audits

Conducted process audits at 3 water treatment facilities in Emalahleni Municipality.

Conducted process audits for the Groblersdal WTW.

O&M Manual Development (Isiphethu Water Services)

Developed the Operations & Maintenance manual for the Groblersdal Water Treatment Works.

Research & Development

Cholera Study (Water Research Commission)

Contributed to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Services mapping in collaboration with the Water Research Commission.

SASTEP SAFE Demo Project (Water Research Commission)

Conducted needs analysis and assessed sanitation technologies for a pilot demonstration in Eastern Cape, eThekwini, and the City of Cape Town.
